Broche oiseau émaux cloisonnés rubis Height (including bail): 3Cloisonn enamel bird brooch in 18 karat gold. This circular brooch depicts a pink, gray, and blue bird of paradise, set with rose cut diamonds. The bird perches on a flowering branch against a plain sky blue background. Inspired by Oriental and Far Eastern themes, these late 19th century jewels showcase exceptionally fine enamel work. The brooch was created by Augustin Lahure and is reminiscent of the techniques and subjects used by Falize Frres, for
